Sado Island Taiko Centre (Tatakokan)
Whether old or young, man or woman, a drum experience that everyone can enjoy! The spacious hall constructed using timber from Sado produces a joyful resonance. One handcrafted large drum was made from a zelkova tree and has an estimated age of 600 years. Various programs including drum instruction led by Taiko Centre's experienced drum instructors are available. The hall, exhibition room and a Japanese-style room are also available for rent.
