Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery
Imayo Tsukasa was established in 1767. In Niigata Prefecture, which boasts the largest number of breweries in Japan, the Imayo Tsukasa brewery is closest to Niigata Station, the gateway to Niigata city. By not closing the sake brewery but instead keeping it open, the brewery has made its mission to provide a setting where as many people as possible can become more familiar with the taste and pleasure of locally-produced sake. Visitors are welcome daily.
