Ryuto Geigi Café (Closed down on March 31, 2023)
A part of a traditional "zashiki" sitting room was converted to make a new café, which opened in the spring of 2018, in Niigata City. Visitors will be served tea and confectionary by geisha girls of Niigata Furumachi, which has been known as one of the three most famous geisha towns in Japan, along with Gion of Kyoto, and Shinbashi of Tokyo. The cafe closes on Saturdays when the Furumachi geisha girls perform splendid dances for visitors to enjoy.
